Global DJ Alan Walker has landed in Lahore, apparently for a music collaboration with Hamza Malik and Zain Zohaib, the voices behind the hit song Alfaaz.
Walker surprised his Pakistani fans with a series of Instagram stories showing him watching the Alfaaz music video. He spotted a man in a mask walking behind the singers, dressed much like Walker himself. “Why is there a Walker in the video. Beautiful video btw,” the Faded artist said.
In another story, Walker shared a reply from Hamza on YouTube. “Hahaha, I appreciate it man! The Walker is a mystery for now… but maybe we can solve it together,” Hamza wrote.
The 29-year-old then filmed himself at the airport. “Hamza has responded me. This song is everywhere. Let’s go to Lahore and finish this,” he said.
His next clip showed him on the streets of Lahore. He also posted a picture with the song’s vocalists.
Neither Walker nor the singers have said what the project involves, but the teaser has already excited fans. Alfaaz has won praise worldwide and reached Spotify’s Top 50 Global chart.
Walker rose to fame in 2015 with Faded, which featured vocals by Iselin Solheim and earned platinum certifications in 14 countries. Faded, Alone and The Spectre have each passed one billion views on YouTube.
His other hits include Sing Me to Sleep, Darkside, On My Way with Sabrina Carpenter and Farruko, and Alone, Pt. II with Ava Max. He performs in a mask, which has become his trademark.
