American woman travels to Pakistan for love; rejected by boyfriend at airport.

An American woman named Onya Andrew Robinson followed a young Pakistani man’s promise of love all the way from New York to Karachi, only to be abandoned at the airport where he rejected her. 

Onya was left stranded at Karachi Airport for seven days. Her tourist visa expired, leaving her unable to travel. Unable to find a place to stay, she spent those days at the airport, unable to go anywhere.

After hearing about Onya’s ordeal, Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori took immediate action. He went to the airport himself, helped Onya get a Pakistan visa and arranged a return ticket for her. She is now able to go back home.
