Actor and director Yasir Hussain has yet again grabbed the attention of netizens after hitting out at a troll who tried to make fun of the age difference between him and his wife actor Iqra Aziz.
“Papa Beti,” the troll had commented on a picture of the couple, attempting to mock their 11-year age difference.
Yasir, however, did not hold back and hit back with, “Na mein tumhara papa hoon aur na wo tumhari beti. Plz apny facts clear kro aur ammi sy tafseel sy poocho papa kon hain or kahan hain [Neither am I your father, nor is she your daughter. Please get your facts straight and ask your mother in detail who your father is and where he is].”
The clapback spread quickly across social media, with fans praising Yasir for his wit and confidence. Many users also rallied behind the couple, criticising the unnecessary trolling directed at them.
“They look fine with each other, idk what’s wrong with people,” wrote one fan. Another commented: “Yasir don’t waste ur energy in replying lame things […] may ALLAH bless u and Iqra, beautiful couple indeed [sic].”
Yasir and Iqra have long faced such trolling online, but both stars have consistently responded with humour rather than letting the negativity affect them.
The couple got married on December 28, 2019, following Yasir’s public proposal at the 2019 Lux Style Awards.
They have two children together – their son Kabir Hussain and their daughter Sophia Hussain.
