Anushka’s gesture to comfort Virat after World Cup loss goes viral

Australia won the World Cup title for the sixth time on Sunday, defeating hot favourites India by six wickets. Many Indian celebrities and politicians turned up at Ahmedabad to watch the final. As it became clearer that Australia will walk away with victory, the stadium became quieter.

After the winning runs were scored, Indian players appeared emotional, with captain Rohit Sharma seen leaving the ground in tears, while other Indian players were also seen crying on the field.
