Pakistani actress, model and television host Fiza Ali and her daughter Faraal Fawad met Bollywood actress Neetu Kapoor in the UK, where the two discussed Fiza’s mental health awareness project and Faraal’s role in it.

Fiza has been promoting mental health awareness as part of a new project. She describes her 11-year-old daughter Faraal as the world’s youngest mental health ambassador as part of the initiative.

Faraal regularly appears alongside her mother in her social media posts.

Neelam Chawla, Chairman of MAX-Able Global, was present alongside Neetu Kapoor during the meeting.

During the conversation, Neelam explained Faraal’s role to Neetu, who is Ranbir Kapoor’s mother. “So ma’am, I have started a global mission on mental health awareness,” Neelam said. “And she is my child, a mental health ambassador who speaks to the world,” she said poiting towards Fiza’s daughter.

Neetu appeared taken aback on learning Faraal’s age and responded warmly to the introduction. “Are you serious?” she said, before adding, “I think it’s a great thing you guys are doing. It’s so important to know your problems and your issues, and I’m so proud of you actually.”

Fiza and Faraal took photographs with Neetu Kapoor during the meeting. The visit comes weeks after Fiza received an award at a ceremony held at the UK Parliament, organised by MAX-Able Global CIC, recognising individuals for contributions to society, women’s empowerment, mental health awareness and the arts.

She attended the event with her husband Ejaz Khan and Faraal, and dedicated the recognition to hardworking women across Pakistan.
