Actor Babrik Shah has revealed that he earned millions during his appearance on Tamasha season 5, saying that he was the highest-paid contestant on the reality show and that his prize money as the winner was separate from his contractual payment.
Speaking in an interview aired on a private media outlet, Babrik said that he was the “most expensive guy” on the show, describing his daily allowance as a “healthy” amount, adding that his earnings ran into millions.
During the conversation, the actor clarified that the prize money he received for winning the show was not included in his original contract.
He explained that he was informed about the additional prize money on the first day of the show and had no prior knowledge that the competition offered a cash reward when he signed the agreement.
When asked about his per-day allowance, Babrik did not disclose an exact figure but confirmed that he had received millions during his time on the show.
Babrik Shah won the fifth season of Tamasha, while Esra Ayesha finished as the runner-up.
