BTS member Kim Taehyung, known as V, interacted with fans on the social media platform Weverse, where he discussed his interest in visiting Pakistan and trying local dishes.
The interaction began when a Pakistani fan asked the singer to visit the country. V responded by asking if biryani and karahi would be available during the visit. The interaction prompted Pakistani fans to share images of the dishes online.
During the same online session, the singer also engaged with fans from other South Asian countries. When asked by an Indian fan about future travel plans, V stated that he intends to visit India. No further dates for the ongoing BTS Arirang World Tour have been confirmed by the group’s management.
Additionally, V addressed fans from Bangladesh, noting that he had researched local landmarks. He specifically named Cox’s Bazar Beach and the Pink Palace Museum as locations he wished to see.
While BTS maintains a large fanbase across Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, the group has never performed a concert in the region. Neither the band nor their management agency has announced any upcoming tour dates for South Asia.
