Boman Irani’s directorial debut ‘The Mehta Boys’ to premiere at Chicago South Asian Film Festival
Veteran Bollywood actor and producer Boman Irani is now stepping into the director’s chair with his debut film, ‘The Mehta Boys’, which will have its world premiere at the 15th Chicago South Asian Film Festival on September 20.
The film cast includes Booman Irani, Avinash Tiwary, Shreya Chaudhry, Pujasarup, and Daneshirani. The story of the film revolves around a father and son who are forced to spend 48 hours together. The movie chronicles their turbulent journey and provides a sophisticated examination of the nuances that are frequently present in father-son relationships. ‘The Mehta Boys’ is written by Irani and Oscar winning writer Alexander Dinelaris Jr.
