Veteran actress Bushra Ansari revealed in an interview that she deleted the contact numbers of Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa from her phone after they did not reply to her messages, assuming that they had busy schedules.

Bushra said that she had messaged both stars on separate occasions but received no response. Rather than feel disappointed, she decided to stop texting them and removed their numbers entirely.

The decision led to two awkward moments. Bushra later received a message saying “Apa, I love you, I miss you” but since the number was unsaved, only the initials “MK” appeared. She replied asking if it was actress Mishi Khan.

“I had messaged her. She didn’t reply, so I assumed she was busy and deleted her number. Then one day, out of nowhere, I received an ‘I love you, I miss you’ message. The name showed up as ‘MK,’ and I wondered who it was. Then I realized it was Mahira Khan. She got upset and asked, ‘You deleted my number? You are angry with me? Oh my God?'”

Bushra told her she had deleted the number, not her from her life.

A similar moment followed with Fahad Mustafa, who was equally surprised to learn his number had been removed.

“I told him, ‘You told me you were busy, so I thought I’d stop bothering you and removed your number.’ He asked, ‘Your philosophy is strange?’ I said, ‘Yes, that’s what I do. I’m not angry or upset. I simply think the other person is very busy, so I stop messaging them and delete their number.'”

Bushra also spoke warmly about Mahira, dismissing any negative perception of the actress.

“Mahira is a very respectful and well-behaved girl. There’s nothing negative about her at all. I’ve heard people say she’s a little moody, but not with me. By moody, I don’t mean rude. She’s just a bit indecisive at times. That’s simply part of her personality. Overall, she’s a very good person.”

Both numbers have since been saved back into her phone.
