Cristiano Ronaldo hits 900 career goals

Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 900th career goal during a Nations League match against Croatia.

He scored this goal in the 34th minute to lead his team, Portugal, to a 2-0 win against Croatia at the Estadio da Luz.

The 39-year-old looked emotional after crossing this new milestone in his football career.

So far, he has scored 131 goals for the Portuguese national team, 450 for Real Madrid, 145 for Manchester United, 101 for Juventus FC, 68 for his current club Al Nasr, and 5 for his first club, Sporting Lisbon.

Argentina’s Lionel Messi is the second-highest goalscorer in football history, with 859 goals.
