Indian rapper, singer and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh has praised emerging Pakistani rapper Ghani Tiger after the two met in London.
Videos of the meetup showed Honey Singh introducing Ghani as “a little boy from Sialkot” and challenging him to freestyle.
He first gave Ghani the word “Shahzada”, to which the Pakistani rapper answered with Punjabi freestyle boasting of his rap skills.
Honey Singh then asked for a second rap, this time on “Lahore di hawa [Lahore’s air]”, over which Ghani performed a verse in praise of Lahore and mentioned Honey Singh in it.
“Wah, very good. Very good brother,” the Indian rapper responded.
In a second video, Honey Singh gave Ghani a public shout-out. “Ghani Tiger, shout-out to Ghani Tiger. Great talent,” he said.
