Chahat Fateh Ali Khan has once again grabbed netizens’ attention, this time not with a song, but by revealing what he charged actor Adnan Siddiqui for a birthday wish.

In a recent video, Chahat claimed that he charged Siddiqui a whopping £250 (approximately Rs92,500) for a personalised birthday greeting.

The revelation quickly sparked mixed reactions. While some supported the entertainer with best wishes, others couldn’t hold back poking fun at him. “How much would you charge to disappear from the internet?” asked one user

The reactions also prompted Chahat to defend his fee “I now charge £100 just for a birthday wish. This is my income. When I go to shows or join families for events, I charge for that too.”

He also explained that his birthday wishes weren’t ordinary. “I prepare a 1 to 5-minute-long video with compliments and even a song.”

According to Chahat, many Pakistani artists also reach out to him for personalised ads for their dramas and other promotions. “I’m available. May Allah keep them all happy,” he added.

Chahat revealed that this was a full-time job for him now. “This is my work… to entertain you… promote your business… advertise your YouTube channel and support TikTokers.”
