A video of a content creator wearing a Pakistan cricket team jersey in India has gone viral on social media, sparking mixed reactions online. The clip shows the creator interacting with locals in Kerala while asking a simple question about public perception.
The video, shared by a creator named audisworld, captures him walking around in a Pakistan jersey and speaking to people on the street. During one interaction, he asks, “Is it a problem if I wear this?”
A local responds honestly, saying, “Not a problem, but some people may have some problems. Not everyone. Somebody from Pakistan came into India. Some people are not interested to see the Pakistani cricketers playing cricket. Even they don't like the songs from Pakistan. Normally nobody wears Pakistani jersey in Kerala. Or anywhere in India.”

The response quickly drew attention online, with many users sharing their opinions in the comments section. Some users disagreed with the idea that Indian audiences avoid Pakistani content.
One comment read, “Meanwhile everybody listening to Talha and Pakistani Coke Studio 😂.” Another user joked, “I hope you ain’t dead. 🙌” A third added, “They don't like the songs from Pakistan. Seriously that's a lie.”
Others compared the situation with how such an act might be received in Pakistan. “If you try this in Pakistan wearing Indian jersey nobody will care 😂,” one user wrote, while another claimed, “Bruh they literally copy every Pakistani song in Bollywood 😂.”
A similar social experiment took place last year in Pakistan. In June, British content creator Alex Wanders walked through the streets of Lahore wearing an Indian cricket team jersey to see how people would react.
In the video, he asks, “What will happen if I wear an Indian cricket shirt walking through the back streets of Lahore in Pakistan?” He then moves through busy areas, greeting people and speaking casually.
Instead of facing hostility, he receives a warm response. People greet him, smile and even joke with him during his walk. At one point, he says, “Getting some strange looks right now,” but continues without any trouble.
