‘I couldn’t walk or eat,’ Zara Noor Abbas on pregnancy struggles

Renowned actress Zara Noor Abbas recently engaged with her fans in an Instagram Q&A session, where one fan asked her about overcoming anxiety during pregnancy. Her candid and heartfelt response resonated with many as she shared her personal experience.

 
“Pregnancy is one of the most toughest stages of your life. I mean, mine was. It was tough. At times I thought this was it for me. It was never going to end. I couldn't walk. Couldn't even go to the bathroom. Couldn't eat. I was exhausted. And honestly had the worst time ever.”she replied, highlighting the physical and emotional challenges she faced.

 
Zara credited her faith, family, and close friends for helping her get through this difficult period. 

“But Allah, my parents, and some very very very close friends made me go through that time. Your support system has to be emaculate in times like these. My mother was my biggest support.” she emphasised.

 
Her openness about her struggles and the importance of a strong support system resonated with many, offering comfort and encouragement to other expectant mothers facing similar challenges.
