Veteran Pakistani actor and writer Syed Mohammad Ahmad made a shocking revelation about a bitter grudge with actress Hira Mani during a recent appearance on a podcast.

The veteran star confessed that he held a deep grudge against Hira Mani after developing differences with her on the set of a project.

“I held a deep grudge against Hira Mani, but that matter is finally over now. She used to message me all the time saying, ‘I am sorry,’ but I was so angry that I never gave her a single reply,” Ahmad said.

He revealed that the tension carried over into his work. “During the shoot of a drama serial, I refused to share the screen with her. You can see the example right in front of you in the drama ‘Meray Paas Tum Ho.’ She played the role of my daughter, but you will notice that we don’t have a single scene together.”

Ahmad said that a recent meeting with Hira Mani made him confront his own actions. “Now, I feel immense regret. When she met me recently, she hugged me and cried. I felt so bad that I kept myself from speaking to her for so many years. I even went around telling the entire industry about her misbehaving. I really shouldn’t have done that. After all, I am a human being too, and I feel some shame now. This is why I admit that I made a big mistake,” he added.

For years, the veteran actor had shared a story about an actress who allegedly mistreated him on set, often breaking down in tears while recalling the incident, but not disclosing the name. His podcast appearance revealed that the actress was Hira Mani.

Mohammad Ahmad’s admission has been widely praised across social media, with fans and industry peers commending him for humility in accepting his mistake.
