Indian actor Shehnaaz Gill has visited the Wagah-Attari border crossing along with co-star Gippy Grewal among other cast and crew members of her upcoming film ‘Singh Vs Kaur 2’, sharing a touching message about the emotions and love that connect people across the Pakistan-India divide.
“Standing at the border…yet feeling no difference… Different sides, but the same heart….the same emotions……🇮🇳🇵🇰❤️ [sic],” she wrote while sharing pictures from her visit on Instagram.
The post quickly drew reactions from fans on both sides of the border.
“Love from Pakistan,” wrote one while another commented, “This is huge. TYSM to the entire team of Singh vs Kaur 2.”
A third user wrote, “Separated by borders, united by hearts,” while another added, “Positive thought love from Pakistan.”
Directed by Navaniat Singh, Singh Vs Kaur 2 is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 11.
Shehnaaz Gill rose to national fame after appearing on the reality show Bigg Boss 13 and has since built a career in Punjabi and Hindi cinema.
She is known for films including ‘Honsla Rakh’ alongside Diljit Dosanjh and has a massive following on social media, where her posts regularly go viral among fans in both Pakistan and India.
