Pakistani content creators based in the UK were among the guests at Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif’s Kay Beauty event in London, where they interacted with the actor and recorded videos with her.
Laraib Rahim, Rumena Begum, Ramsha Waseem, Atifa Arshad, Maryam Malik and Mehwish Almas attended the event on October 8, sharing moments from their interactions with Kaif on their socials.
The creators’ videos featured them meeting and spending time with the actor, giving their audiences a glimpse of the gathering and bringing attention to the Pakistani influencers on the guest list.
The event was held at Space NK to mark Kay Beauty’s journey in the United Kingdom (UK). The retailer stocks makeup and skincare products, and the London gathering featured product displays and floral arrangements as Kaif met attendees.
Launched in India, Kay Beauty entered the UK market in 2025. It became the first Indian-founded makeup brand to be stocked by Space NK.
The event also saw Kaif speak about self-confidence and the influence of social media on how people view themselves.
While the gathering marked a milestone for Kay Beauty in the UK, the presence of Pakistani content creators brought a separate point of interest to the event, with their videos capturing interactions with one of Bollywood’s most recognisable faces.
