Man murders WhatsApp group admin for removing him
A man in Peshawar was shot dead after a dispute in a WhatsApp group chat turned fatal.
The deceased victim, identified as Mushtaq, was killed by Ashfaq in the Sufaid Sung area of Regi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's capital.
According to Mushtaq's brother, Humayun, the two had an argument in a WhatsApp group, after which Mushtaq removed Ashfaq from the group, allegedly angering him.
The FIR reportedly states that both parties were to meet for reconciliation, but the suspect opened fire and seriously wounded Mushtaq. Mushtaq then succumbed to his injuries before he could be taken to the hospital.
An investigation into the incident has been launched by the police, and they are on the lookout for the suspect to arrest him.
