The MG4 EV Urban represents MG’s continued focus on expanding electric mobility solutions in Pakistan. The launch event gathered dealership leadership, media representatives, and industry stakeholders, while also including a dedicated product training session for MG dealership teams and executives. This reflects MG’s wider approach to EV readiness, where customer education and dealership preparedness are as important as the vehicle itself.
The MG4 EV Urban arrives with strong global credentials. Internationally, the MG4 has become one of MG’s most successful electric vehicles, with more than 200,000 units sold worldwide. Now, its urban-focused version enters Pakistan with the aim of offering customers a more practical and accessible route into electric mobility.
The vehicle combines a 43-kWh battery with a front-wheel-drive electric motor that delivers 110 kW of power and 250 Nm of torque. It offers up to 316 km WLTP range on a single charge, making it suitable for city-based routines, daily commutes, and urban family use.
Its charging flexibility further adds to its practicality. The MG4 EV Urban supports both AC and DC charging, allowing customers to charge according to their convenience. For quicker charging needs, DC fast charging allows the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in around 28 minutes, while AC charging supports regular charging routines.
Inside, the MG4 EV Urban focuses on comfort, space, and digital convenience. The spacious cabin makes it suitable for families, while its good trunk space can accommodate luggage and daily essentials. This gives the vehicle a practical edge for buyers who want an EV that is not only modern, but also useful in everyday life.
The cabin features a 12.8-inch HD infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and heated front seats. Together, these features create an environment that feels both premium and functional.
Safety has also been placed at the center of the MG4 EV Urban experience. The vehicle comes equipped with MG Pilot Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Keep Assist, and a 540-degree HD camera system with 360-degree visibility and transparent chassis view.
