Mishi Khan’s tip to nutritionists: Make healthy eating wallet-friendly

Mishi Khan has had it with hefty price tags on healthy foods. The TV host and former star spoke about nutritionists on TV giving advice for Ramadan. Taking to Instagram, she said in a video, “I heard some nutritionists on Ramadan shows telling people what to eat and what not to eat. They say things like cereals and milk, but can everyone buy that? How can a person afford cereal in such inflation? People are barely surviving and running their kitchens. Many are hardly managing one meal; people are living in big families of six people or more. I don’t understand how they come up with such unrealistic ideas. Are you guys unaware of the inflation? You are advising poor people to take cereal, fluids, and other expensive items.”
