Pakistani model and social media influencer Huma Saleem’s Instagram account is no longer accessible on the social media app, a day after she accused an unnamed national cricketer of harassment, threats and emotional abuse.
Visitors attempting to view her profile are now met with a message that reads, “Sorry, this page isn’t available.”
The account disappeared less than 24 hours after Huma used Instagram Stories to level a series of serious allegations against the cricketer, whose identity she did not disclose.
In her post shared on Thursday, Huma described the cricketer as a “cheat, fraud, and womaniser” and said he had continued to target her despite the two having had no contact for the past two months. “This famous cricketer has crossed all limits with me today by threatening and harassing me,” she wrote.
She alleged that the abuse was not new. “I have faced this harassment even while I was with him. I have been in an abusive relationship and remained silent, but this time my threshold has exceeded,” she added.
Huma also claimed the cricketer had tried to damage her professional standing by reaching out to her colleagues, family members and workplace associates. She said she intended to expose his conduct further, including what she described as the misuse of funds provided by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
She said she was preparing to take legal action and would submit evidence to her legal team to support her claims. “Every story has another side. He defamed me in front of people, cheated on me, and lied to everyone about us,” she wrote, adding that she planned to move forward with court proceedings in the coming days.
The cricketer named in Huma’s allegations has not been publicly identified, and no response has been issued on his behalf. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)( has also not commented on the matter.
Huma is a familiar name in Pakistan’s fashion industry, known for her modelling campaigns, lifestyle content and brand collaborations.
The reason behind her account’s removal or suspension remains unclear, and it is not known whether the action was taken by Instagram or by Huma herself.
