The appointment of Mohsin Naqvi as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been challenged in the Islamabad High Court (IHC), which has made the plea admissible.

The court issued secretarial notices to Mohsin Naqvi and the Prime Minister. After hearing the preliminary arguments, the court reserved its decision on the admissibility of the petition.

Earlier, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq had reserved the decision on the petition being admissible. The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court had asked the petitioner’s lawyer why he thought the appointment was wrong?
