Was Fahad Mustafa's father about to start a biryani shop for him?
Fahad Mustafa's father, senior actor Salahuddin Tunio, has made it clear that he had never been planning to set up a biryani stall for his son in the past.
Fahad Mustafa had mentioned on Mohib Mirza's show a year ago that if he had not become an actor, he would have been selling biryani at his father's request.
He said, "If I had not acted, my father would have opened a biryani restaurant for me."
Fahad Mustafa shared that before acting, his father took him to the house of actor Faizan Shaikh, who was already running a biryani restaurant. "Faizan Shaikh and his wife have a biryani business, and our parents already knew each other. They also guided us on how to make a biryani business successful," he said.
Salahuddin Tunio has clarified that he was not going to buy his son a biryani stall but a huge franchise. He explained, "Until then, Fahad Mustafa was not an actor, and he was not like he is today. So, I wanted to engage him in the biryani business."
"I was not going to open a biryani shop or hotel for my son. I had talked to a very big biryani franchise. I was going to open a biryani franchise for him,” he added.
On the occasion of the last episode of his son Fahad Mustafa's popular drama 'Kabhi Mein Kabhi Tum' being shown in the cinema, he also expressed his pride in his son's success. Salahuddin Tunio said, "As a father, it is a place of pride for me; no one else will be as happy as I am."
In response to a question, he said, "I have watched all the episodes of 'Kabhi Mein Kabhi Tum' and enjoyed watching the drama."
