Pakistani hackers targeted two Indian news channels, Freedom TV Live and TV9 Telugu and aired Pakistan’s national anthem during the Indian president’s speech.

The hackers displayed a message on the Indian channels’ screens reading, “Indians, tell your masters not to mess with Pakistan.” A second message read, “When you live in a glass house, don’t throw stones across the border.”

The development was shared by Hina Pervez Butt on her official X account, who said that the move came after Indian hackers allegedly attempted to target Pakistani media outlets, including Samaa News and Geo News, though the attempt did not succeed.

Butt termed the retaliation a clear message to India, writing on X, “The message is loud and clear: Never mess with Pakistan.”

On March 2, a Pakistani cyber force had hacked Indian channel ABP in what it called a retaliatory action against Indian hackers, according to reports circulating on the channel’s platform.

During the hack, a video clip supporting Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Field Marshal Asim Munir was broadcast, and a message reading “Pakistan Zindabad” appeared on screen before normal transmission resumed.
