Pakistani actress Ramsha Khan is reportedly taking a break from acting days after her marriage to actor Khushhal Khan.

 

Speculation about her future in showbiz grew after she cleared all posts and photos from her Instagram, leading many to assume she had quit the industry for good.

 

This was followed by host Hassan Choudhary on a recent episode of Haute Bites quoting Ramsha's former manager Samra Muslim as saying that the actor was “very consciously” deciding to go on a career break.

 

“She has had this in her mind since December last year. It was in December that they had their last collaboration. Post December, Ramsha stepped back and decided not to engage in any professional commitment whatsoever,” he quoted Muslim as saying.

 

Choudhary added that the legal agreement between Ramsha and Samra, which usually exists between a talent and a manager, is also about to expire and will not be renewed. “If Ramsha decides to return to acting or work in any field in the future, it will completely be her own choice.”

 

The actor herself, however, has not yet reacted to the reports.

 

Last week, Ramsha and Khushhal’s marriage came to light after their nikah pictures leaked online.

 

Ramsha addressed the leak on Instagram, calling it “invasive, disrespectful and completely unethical” as she urged people to stop sharing the same.

 

The private wedding ceremony reportedly took place at Ramsha’s residence, with close friends and family present. Ramsha wore a lilac outfit while Khushhal opted for a white kurta pajama.
