Returning to Pakistan, Miami’s most decorated residential architect is joined this time by London interior studio Jolie, making its first-ever appearance in the country.
LAHORE, Pakistan – It has been confirmed that One Homes, Pakistan’s fastest-growing premium residential developer, has appointed Miami-based architect Kobi Karp, returning to the country, and London interior design studio Jolie, marking the studio’s first project in Pakistan, as the two landmark design names behind its upcoming Lahore West development.
One Homes’ significant land acquisition in Lahore West precedes today’s announcement, with the site set to host the developer’s next signature address, built for the Pakistani diaspora abroad.

One Canal Road, One Homes’ flagship Lahore development and now one of the city’s most recognised addresses, was where Karp previously served as lead design architect. His return signals not only the strength of that collaboration but the ambition of what follows, and for this project, he has cited a shift in design intent from import to interpretation, drawing on Lahore’s layered architectural identity to inform a building that belongs to its city as much as it reaches beyond it.
Jolie, the London-based interior design studio known for a sensory-led design philosophy that treats atmosphere as architecture, joins him on the project, with a portfolio spanning Victoria Riverside in Manchester and The Nest in Frankfurt. Its practice is centred on how spaces are lived, how they feel underfoot, in ambient light, in the quiet moments between.
