Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 7 wickets on Wednesday in Lahore in the first Super Four stage match.

Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bat first. The lost their first 4 wickets within 47 runs. Shakib al Hassan and Mushfiq ur Rahim then scored a 100 runs partnership before Bangladesh started losing wickets on regular intervals.
