A Pakistani student has scored a perfect 200 in Mathematics while taking Cambridge O Level May/June 2026 examinations.

Muhammad Yaman, a student of Baitussalam, achieved the score in O Level Mathematics under syllabus code 4024.

The result makes Yaman eligible for Cambridge’s prestigious “Top in the World” award, which is presented to students who secure the highest marks globally in their respective subjects. However, Cambridge has yet to officially announce the award.

According to Baitussalam, 13 other students also performed strongly in Mathematics, scoring more than 190 marks out of 200.

The institution said 90 percent of its students secured either an A or A* grade in the examinations.

Yaman’s perfect score places him among the institution’s highest achievers in the subject and could put him in contention for the global distinction.

Cambridge will make the final decision on the “Top in the World” award through its official recognition process.
