During an appearance on FOX News, Oliver Larkin, a Democrat political activist, criticised US President Donald Trump while responding to a question about immigration and child rape cases, arguing that discussions about child sexual abuse should also address allegations linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The exchange took place after Larkin was asked whether there should be a benchmark for the number of crimes committed by immigrants before action is taken. The interviewer asked: “What is a number that is fine with you? Is there a benchmark? How many children can be raped and it’s fine in relation to this immigration community?”
In response, Larkin rejected the premise of the question and shifted the focus to Trump and the ongoing controversy surrounding the Epstein files.
“If we’re going to talk about children getting raped, then we need to hold this paedophile president Donald Trump accountable and all those implicated by the Epstein files that the Department of Justice is still not leaking,” Larkin said.
