The controversy stems from an online post by Rajesh Sharma, an Indian national, who previously commented on social media that Israel “should now ethnically cleanse whole Gaza and make it non-Muslim territory.”
He often praised the role of Mosad and Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) for the genocide in Gaza. However, in a stark turn of events, the same user later posted a public plea for assistance, revealing that his son, Aditya Sharma, was one of three crew members who were missing after a military strike conducted by United States on an Indian vessel.
