Pakistan’s wicket-keeper-batter and captain of Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Multan Sultans has requested his fans to remember the team in their prayers as they are set to face Lahore Qalandars in the Qualifier match of PSL on Wednesday at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

Multan’s official social media page shared a video of Rizwan in which he said: “I have a request to all the fans of Multan Sultans to remember us in their prayers. Our team and management are playing with unity and rest everyone knows that the result is from Allah. As far as your prayers are with us, Insha Allah, good results will come.”

Rizwan-led Sultans look unstoppable in the tournament. They have won nine out of 10 matches and finished the league stage on the top with 18 points, the most ever by any team in the league stage of the tournament.

Meanwhile, Qalandars have won six out of 10 matches and finished on the second spot with 12 points, ahead of Peshawar Zalmi based on the net run rate.
