Pakistani actress Saba Qamar will reportedly take on the role of suspected drug dealer Anmol, widely known as Pinky, in an upcoming television biopic drama currently in development.
Saba Qamar also shared a post on her Instagram story from an entertainment page carrying the news.

According to reports, the script is being written by journalist and television host Shahzaib Khanzada.
Anmol was arrested by Karachi Police on May 12 this year during a raid in the Garden area of the city. Since her arrest, investigators have shared details about what they describe as a large narcotics distribution network operated across multiple cities.
South Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Syed Asad Raza stated that investigators believe Anmol ran a network of riders involved in supplying cocaine to customers in different regions.
According to the DIG, she avoided hiring permanent staff and instead worked through a network of associates.
Investigators also claim that she moved from Karachi to Lahore at a young age after leaving home in pursuit of a modelling and film career before later becoming involved in drug-related activities.
Authorities further allege that she developed links with several individuals, including a retired police officer, and acquired properties and financial assets during that period.
Police have reportedly frozen bank accounts and seized properties as part of the ongoing investigation. Officials say 28 criminal cases were registered against her between 2018 and 2026 in Karachi and Lahore. Multiple agencies, including the Federal Investigation Agency, Anti-Narcotics Force, and National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency, are assisting in the inquiries.
With Saba Qamar set to lead the project, the biopic marks a rare move in Pakistani television, bringing a recent high-profile criminal case to the screen.
