Sameer Minhas’ father goes viral photographing son at PSL debut

Sameer Minhas’ father Kashif Minhas was seen capturing his son’s special moments during Islamabad United’s match in Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 11, with the video going viral on social media.

 

Sameer impressed with the bat and earned his first Player of the Match award in the PSL, making it a memorable outing for the young batter.

 

Kashif, a professional photographer, was present at the ground and photographed his son during and after the match against Rawalpindi, drawing attention online.

 

 

The video and images quickly spread across social media, with fans praising the moment as emotional and special.

 

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi also offered appreciation for Sameer. 

 

Sameer’s brother, Arafat Minhas, is also featuring in the PSL and represents Multan Sultans. Their father has also played cricket in the past.

 

Fans also reshared an older picture of Sameer and Arafat sitting with their father in the enclosures, watching PSL matches, highlighting their journey from the stands to the field.

 

Social media users reacted to the viral clip with comments such as “Special moment for father,” “Proud father ✨,” “Proud feeling for him 💚,” and “What a feeling.”
