Actor Shaan Shahid will star opposite Amar Khan in the upcoming psychological horror thriller “Faramosh”.
According to reports, Abu Aleeha will write and direct the big-budget Urdu-Punjabi British co-production.
The project marks the first time Shaan and Amar will share the big screen. Further details about the cast, the shooting schedule and the release date have not been announced.

Shaan last appeared in “Psycho”, a psychological thriller he wrote, directed and starred in. The film also features Meera, Sonya Hussyn, Javed Sheikh, Shabbir Jan and Nayyar Ejaz.
It released in Pakistani cinemas on May 27, 2026, on Eid al-Adha.
Amar is currently working on a film with YouTuber Rajab Butt, who is making his big-screen debut. Syed Faisal Bukhari will direct the film, based on a Sarmad Ibrahim screenplay. Amar plays the female lead, and the cast includes Resham, Saba Faisal and Babar Ali.
The team recently completed the first major shooting spell in Chiniot, Punjab.
