Pop superstar Taylor Swift and American football star Travis Kelce reportedly signed a comprehensive prenuptial agreement before their July 3 wedding, with the document designed to protect Swift’s estimated $2 billion fortune and extensive business interests.

According to media reports, the agreement was drafted in consultation with Swift’s family and legal advisers, with her father, Scott Swift, playing a key role in the negotiations. It reportedly safeguards Swift’s music catalogue, master recordings, publishing rights, touring revenue, real estate holdings, and film and television investments.

Swift’s wealth has grown substantially following the record-breaking Eras Tour and her successful campaign to regain ownership of her master recordings, reinforcing the importance of protecting her intellectual property and business assets.

Kelce reportedly accepted the agreement after reviewing it with his legal team. The prenup also defines his own assets, including his National Football League earnings, endorsement income and media ventures.

Neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly confirmed signing a prenuptial agreement or commented on the reported details.

The couple, who began dating in 2023, married in a lavish ceremony at Madison Square Garden attended by family, friends and celebrity guests. The reported agreement has drawn attention to the financial planning that often accompanies marriages involving high-net-worth public figures.
