Police in Rawalpindi have confirmed that three separate cases of sexual assault against minors were reported across the city.
Per the details of the first case, a 13-year-old girl, with speech and hearing disability, was allegedly raped in the Naseerabad area, police said.
Officials added that the differently-abled girl’s assault came to light after her health worsened and a medical examination was conducted.
A police spokesperson said that a case was registered on her father’s complaint and the accused has been taken into custody. The complainant, who lives in Abu Bakar Colony, stated in the FIR [First Information Report] that his daughter had fallen ill and was taken to a doctor, who told the family she was pregnant.
“My 13-year-old daughter is deaf and mute. She cannot even speak,” the complainant stated in the FIR. He added that his wife used sign language to question their daughter, who then identified the accused.
Police confirmed that a case was formally lodged following the girl’s medical examination and that the suspect remains in custody.
In the second case, a teenage domestic worker was allegedly raped by a co-worker at a house in Bahria Town’s Phase VIII.
The girl’s mother, a resident of Dhok Awan in Islamabad, told police in the FIR that her 15-year-old daughter had been working at a house in Sector G, Phase VIII, for roughly a year and a half.
The complainant alleged that the suspect, identified as MM, with the employer’s knowledge, raped her daughter repeatedly over a period that lasted until May 13, 2026, and that an ultrasound later confirmed the girl was pregnant.
She also said that when they tried to confront the employer, they dismissed the complaint and said, “Do whatever you want to do.” The girl was let go from the job soon after.
No arrests have so far been made.
The third case, reports said, pertains to the abduction and sexual assault of a 12-year-old boy in the Pirwadhai area when he went out to buy biscuits from a nearby shop.
He was abducted on gunpoint and later subjected to sexual assault, his father told police.
