Former Pakistan captain and currently out-of-form batter Babar Azam has defeated aggressive opener Fakhar Zaman in a unique power-hitting challenge held during the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) skills camp.
The contest was organised by batting coach Hanif Malik at the National Cricket Academy’s indoor facility. It focused on two metrics: vertical bat movement speed and power factor hitting.
A video released by the PCB shows both players facing one another. Fakhar Zaman’s swing speed was recorded at 74 kilometres per hour, with a power movement score of 761.
