What makes Pakistani dramas stand out? Indian actor Hiten Tejwani shares his views

Pakistani dramas have  gained a strong  following worldwide, especially in India where their realistic storytelling, good scripts and relatable characters make them audience favourites. 

Appearing as a guest on Digital Commentary, Indian actor Hiten Tejwani shared his insight on why Pakistani dramas are so popular, sharing his unique perspective on their success.
 

 
"I believe it’s their stories that connect with people the most," he said, highlighting how the realistic portrayal of emotions and relationships resonates with audiences. 
  

 
The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor acknowledges the appeal of Pakistani dramas and notes that their authentic, straightforward  storytelling is what sets them apart.  

"Their stories are very mature, narrated in a simple manner, and not over the top," Hiten Tejwani explained. 

Tejwani shared his perspective on why both Pakistani and Indian dramas appeal to different audiences.

 
 "I am sure people in Pakistan love our dramas because of all the masala in them, just like our audience enjoys their shows," he said.
