While Hania-Asim fans are over the moon about Asim crooning, ‘Janiya, Haniya’, our favourite superstar Hania Aamir doesn’t seem like she's into it.

 

She hasn't officially responded, commented, or even mentioned Asim’s new album but she is talking about another guy, who has stolen the international spotlight this week.

Asim Azhar’s new album titled Asim Ali is set to release on November 24 and songs are trickling in on his Instagram feed. One of the tracks is titled ‘Lost n Found’, which the teaser links with a visual of Hania Aamir from their earlier public association.

 

Fans of the former alleged couple went wild. With Hania silent, all eyes were on Asim’s Instagram to see what else he would upload and fans were not disappointed. On Wednesday, Asim dropped the song, “Tere Bin Nahi Lagta” with an instagram caption saying, “Pehle tu, hum hain baad tere 🔒📝tere bin nahi lagda ft. @boljanimusic out now everywhere!!! 🖤”

If you’ve heard Nusrat Fateh Ali’s original, Tere Bin, you know it says, “Janiya, Haniya” and that’s exactly the rendition that Asim was going for and Asim Azhar fans are here for it. The comment section was filled with hearts for Haniya aka Hania.

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile, across the Insta universe, it seems that Hania Aamir hasn’t heard her name being sung out with such intensity and has more pressing issues on her mind. The actor has been posting stories about New York’s new Mayor, Zohran Mamdani, with her latest story about how Israelis said they would not visit New York if Mamdani became mayor.

 

 

Will she comment on Asim’s new album is anyone’s guess. Given Asim recently broke off his three-year-engagement to Merub Ali, in June this year, fans are hoping for a Hania-Asim reunion.

It is important to note that Hania Aamir and Asim Azhar were often seen together around 2018-2020, leading fans to speculate about a relationship but nothing was ever confirmed by the two.
