Tamasha Season 5 contestants Yasir Alam and Samia Hijab are back in the headlines over their relationship.
Fans call the pair “Yamia,” a name that combines Yasir and Samia.
A live conversation between the two went viral on TikTok. In the video, Maysam asked whether Laila and Zee could be the next couple.
Yasir replied, “Aisa kuch nahi hone wala… ziada se ziada picture post krdein gae aik saath [Nothing like that is going to happen. At most, we will post a picture together].”
Samia then interrupted and asked about their popular on-screen title. “Yamia ka kia krna hai [What do we do about Yamia?]”
Yasir said there is no possibility of marriage and that their relationship will stay as it is. “Yamia boht acha chal rha hai. Chalta rahy aisy hi, abad rahein khush rahien Yamia [Yamia is going very well. May it keep going like this, and may Yamia stay happy and thriving].”
Both women laughed at his answer.
Samia then said, “Yamia has now reached an understanding that we will keep things going the way they are.”
Social media users say Yasir has stayed clear about his relationship with Samia in the past.
Fans have also compared the pair with Esra Ayesha and Zeb Khan, who married soon after the show ended.
