Khaadi Pakistan Ltd. plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) next month to raise between Rs6.2 billion and Rs8.3 billion, with the proceeds set to fund expansion of its retail outlet network, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.

The fashion retailer has appointed Arif Habib Ltd. as financial adviser for the proposed transaction, according to the report.

Khaadi is a subsidiary of Weaves Corp., which has the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, as a minority shareholder.

Pakistan remains Khaadi’s primary market, while the company also operates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US).

The planned IPO comes as listing activity at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has increased. In a statement released in June 2026, the PSX said 13 new listings had generated an average return of 47 percent.

The bourse said that the performance reflected growth and investor confidence in Pakistan’s capital market.

Khaadi was also named ‘Retail Brand of the Year’ at the Hum Style Awards in May 2024.
