The Grammy Award is a valid and dignified honour in the world of music. This award is given to the artists who show outstanding performance in different categories every year. The 67 Grammy Awards ceremony was held on February 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and awards were distributed in various categories.

 

Album of the Year

 

The biggest award of the year means “Album of the Year” awarded to famous American singer Taylor Swift on her album "Midnights". It is the fourth time when Taylor Swift's achieved success in this category. Before this, she also won the award for her albums "Fearless", "1989" and "Folklore".

 

Best Global Music Performance

 

This year was of special importance for Pakistani music. At the Grammy Awards 2025 the singer Arooj Aftab and Ali Sethi’s song “Pasuri” was nominated the best global music performance category. Although they did not manage to win the award their nomination is a great honour for Pakistani music.

 

Bemba Colorá' by Sheila E. featuring Gloria Estefan & Mimy Succar is the winner of the best global music performance.

 

 

Record of the Year

 

This year’s Record of the Year award was nominated by American singer Beyoncé for the song "Live on Top". This success of the Beyoncé is proof that she has a distinct identity due to her impressive voice and brilliant performances in the music world.

 

Beyoncé already has 32 Grammy Awards, and this year's award made her the most of all awarded female artist in Grammy history

 

Song of the Year

 

The Song of the Year Award 2025 was given to Olivia Rodrigo's most popular song "Good 4 You". "Good 4 You" is a pop-rock song, in which Olivia's powerful vocals and emotional expressions are prominent. In recent year Olivia Rodrigo won the Grammy for Best New Artist, and this year she won Song of the Year which proves her excellence.
