Bill Gates and Elon Musk are two big personalities in the world of technology. They have a mixed attitude towards each other. But nevertheless, Gates shows hope for cooperation with Musk.

The founder and philanthropist Bill Gates said in a recent interview that his relationship with Musk has been subject to ups and downs. Bill Gates said that

“Sometimes he has been kind with me and sometimes took a hard line. But I’ll try to work with him because he is a genius, intelligent, wealthy and influential.”

Gates disclosed that Musk has agreed to participate in the Giving Pledge campaign. According to that, he will donate most of his wealth to welfare works.

“I did not expect that Silicon Valley to have such diverse political views, especially the financial support that given to Trump is a surprising factor."

In his new book “Source Code” Bill Gates shed light on many aspects of his personal life in which his mental tendencies and possibly being on the autism spectrum also included. Gates says that if he was growing up today he would probably be diagnosed with ADHD and autism. He added that especially neurodivergent people can be successful in technology and programming.

“According to me if you look at the top programmers at Microsoft at least a third of them are on the autism spectrum. Just like myself."

Is future collaboration possible?
