Pakistani martial artist Fatima Naseem has added two new Guinness World Records to her name, taking her career total to 10 and making her the first Pakistani woman athlete to reach that number.

Fatima achieved the first record in the punch-speed category. She threw 340 punches in 60 seconds while holding eggs in both hands, keeping every egg intact throughout the attempt. Her total beat the previous record of 331 punches, which Indian athlete Dibyajyoti Sarkar had set, by nine punches.

She earned her second new title in the stretching category. Fatima held a stretch between two chairs for one minute and 45 seconds, improving on the earlier record of one minute and 30 seconds.

Guinness World Records has now confirmed both titles.

Fatima has built her career by challenging established record holders and pushing past their marks. She previously beat flexibility performer Liberty Barros, German martial artist Paulina Glebova and Indian martial artist Kiran Uniyal.

Record-breaking runs through Fatima’s family. Her father, mother, grandfather and brother each hold Guinness World Records of their own, and together the family has earned more than 180 world records for Pakistan.

Fatima’s father Rashid Naseem trained her in martial arts from an early age and holds the highest number of Guinness World Records among Pakistani athletes.

Fatima set her own first record at age seven and has continued adding titles every year since.
