The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government is all set to introduce an app on November 19 which will assist people, particularly tourists, in finding public toilets across the province.

Imranullah Mohmand, assistant coordinator of water and sanitation services cell (W&SC) of local government department made the announcement and said that a similar app was being run in Australia and India for the facilitation of masses.

He added that the step was aimed to keep the province clean and protect the environment from degradation and the citizens from diseases. He said all necessary information about toilets, including their distance, male, female, children and disabled persons, would be available on the app for public information.
