NBA suspends Patrick Beverley for throwing ball at fans
The National Basketball Association (NBA) has suspended free agent Patrick Beverley for four matches for throwing a ball at fans in the stands after loosing a game.
The ball seemed to hit a fan on the face. When it was thrown back to Beverley, he threw it into the crowd again. Later, Beverley accepted his fault.
He said, “Unfortunate situation that should’ve never happened. What I did was bad, and that should have never happened. I have to be better, and I will be better. That should have never happened, regardless of what was said, simple as that.”
Indiana Pacers defeated Beverley’s Milwaukee Bucks in the sixth match of playoffs series last week.
