As the world inches closer to the COVID-19 cure, the federal cabinet meeting chaired by PM has approved a grant of $150 million to procure coronavirus vaccine, hopefully in the first quarter of 2021.
According to the COVID-19 vaccine strategy, the government has decided to administer the vaccine to people in phases. In its first phase, the vaccines will be made available for elderly citizens and health workers, who are more vulnerable to the infection, followed by other age groups. Achay din anay walay hain, hopefully!
