The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will host Sri Lanka for a bilateral series and join England in an ODI tri-series between October 9 and November 21, the board has announced.
Sri Lanka will arrive in Pakistan on October 4 to open the tour with a three-match T20I series in Rawalpindi, running from October 9 to 13. England will then arrive to take part in an ODI tri-series alongside Pakistan and Sri Lanka, played across Rawalpindi and Lahore from October 18 to 31.
Once the tri-series concludes, Sri Lanka will play a three-day match in Islamabad from November 4 to 6 before moving into a two-match Test series against Pakistan. The series forms part of the ICC World Test Championship 2025-27 cycle. The first Test will be played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from November 9 to 13, followed by the second Test at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore from November 17 to 21.
This marks Pakistan’s second Test series in the current World Test Championship cycle, after South Africa toured for a two-Test series in October last year. It will also be the second ODI tri-series Pakistan has hosted in as many years, following last year’s tri-series with New Zealand and South Africa ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
The tri-series opens with Pakistan facing Sri Lanka at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on October 18. Pakistan then takes on England at the same venue on October 20, before Sri Lanka and England meet there on October 22. All three teams then shift to Lahore, where Pakistan face England at Gaddafi Stadium on October 25, followed by Pakistan against Sri Lanka on October 27 and Sri Lanka against England on October 29. The top two sides from the group stage will meet in the final at Gaddafi Stadium on October 31.
