'You will always be remembered': PUBG Mobile pays tribute to late Pakistani creator Farooq Ahmad

PUBG Mobile has paid tribute to popular Pakistani creator Farooq Ahmad, who died on Thursday. Fellow creators confirmed the news of his passing.

“Rest in peace, Farooq. You will always be remembered,” the game’s official social media account said, adding that “The PUBG MOBILE community has lost one of its own.” The tribute praised Farooq for the “passion, kindness, and so many unforgettable moments” he brought to the community, and offered condolences to “his family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched.”

A separate message from Admin recalled personal memories with Farooq, including how he once described creating PUBG Mobile content in Shenzhen, China, and later shared his sports car collection during a meeting in Bangkok, Thailand.

“You will never be gone, because you will never be forgotten,” the message said.

PUBG Mobile added that no further posts would be shared on the account for three days out of respect.

Many other Pakistani and international creators also paid tribute to Farooq following news of his death.

Farooq built a large following through his PUBG Mobile content, with more than 925,000 subscribers on YouTube and around 86,000 followers on Instagram, where his profile identified him as an Official PUBG MOBILE Partner and PUBG MOBILE Canadian Ambassador.

He became particularly well known for his high-value PUBG Mobile account and collection. His channel featured videos on expensive UC purchases, rare items, weapon upgrades and account collections, including one titled “World Most Expensive & Dream PUBG MOBILE Account Inventory.”
