Model and actress Saheefa Jabbar shared a video with her maid after facing criticism from social media users.

In a short video posted on her Instagram Story, Saheefa told her maid, "Some people are saying that I gave you money for nothing and that I shouldn’t have given it to you."

In response, the maid happily said, "Saheefa considers me like a sister, that’s why she gave me so much money."

She further defended the actress, stating, "What is her fault if the money she gave me is now spent? People should be happy that she helps her maids."

Earlier, Saheefa Jabbar had shared a long post on Instagram, revealing that she gave her maid 50,000 rupees to cover important needs and save the rest for difficult times.

However, in her post, she mentioned that the maid spent the entire amount in just two days.

"She bought Eid clothes for her children and family, including a bicycle for her child, which cost her the entire amount," Saheefa wrote.

She referred to the maid’s spending as wasteful, sparking backlash from social media users. Many criticised her, asking, "Who is she to instruct someone on how to spend charity money?"

Defending the maid, users commented, "She works hard for her family. When she got money, she fulfilled their needs—it was not wasteful spending."

Amid mounting criticism, Saheefa deleted her original post. Later, she shared a video with her maid on Instagram Story, where both appeared happy.

In the video, the maid addressed people, saying, "Don’t criticise Saheefa. It’s not her fault. She gave us money because she cares for us like sisters."
